Freeze-Drying
Frozen food products are placed in a refrigerated vacuum system and the ice in the product is sublimated into water vapor. The cell structure remains intact and the product retains the color, shape, flavor and nutritional value.
The finished product is easily rehydrated and is suitable for sauces, soups, noodle bowls, baby foods, and any other food product where a high-quality ingredient is needed.

Drum-Drying
Drum dryers operate at a relatively low temperatures to produce dried product in powder or flake form. The product reconstitutes immediately and retains most of its flavor, color and nutritional value, at an economical price.
Drum-dried products are suitable for instant soups and sauces, baby foods, bakery mixes, dips and beverages.

Sugar-Infused
Infused products have had their natural moisture replaced with sugar or other humectants. These products retain their fresh color and take on a sweet flavor.
Infused products are especially suited for breakfast cereals, bakery mixes, bagels, snack blends and low moisture fillings.

Fire-Roasted
Fire-roasted vegetables are cleaned, diced, and flash-roasted under a live flame. The resulting product is then individually quick frozen (IQF) to lock in the fresh roasted flavor.
Fire-roasted vegetables have intense vegetable flavor with a smoky accent, which make them perfect for salsas, sauces, soups, vegetable blends, and frozen entrees.
